Concert

The next day we traveled to Zagreb for a concert with Matt Redman and Hillsong London. The entire trip was great except for the 2 hour drive to Zagreb in an old bus with no open windows or air conditioning. While at the concert we met some students we knew from last summer as well as some other summer interns from Slovenia and Serbia. We later found out that this was the first Christian concert (EVER!!!!) to be held in Zagreb, the capital city. A good beginning and we look forward to the Lord opening up more avenues here in Croatia. Sadly, it wasn’t as big as it could have been because some churches did not want to work in partnership with others. I won’t mention which churches because it really doesn’t matter. What matters is that the churches I am talking about are all supposed to be Christian churches. God, please forgive your people for getting in the way of what you want to do.
That brings us up to today. We’ll write more this week. Camps begin July 1 and we may be short on time until they finish, so I promise to be less wordy from now on. That will make Meredith happy. J
